Kameman-shuzo
Facing the scenic Yatsushiro Sea, Kameman Shuzo & Company, Ltd. is located in Tsunagi-town in Kumamoto Prefecture, in the south of Japan. Tsunagi-town is a warm town well known for its citrus fruit - as is the southernmost part of Japan well known for brewing sake. Kameman Shuzo was established in 1916 with an original and unique brewing method called Nantan Kori Jikomi (Southern Style Ice Brewing). The Sake has a wonderful fruity taste, characteristic of sake from the south.
